JD:

1. Has CCNP certificate;

2. Routing and switching (Cisco);

3. Fire walling (Preferred Fortigate);

4. Load balancing (preferred Netscaler);

5. Has worked with incidents troubleshooting ;

6. Experience in handling priority 1 and 2 incident;

7. Good TCP/IP protocol knowledge;

8. Analyzing packet captures with Wireshark;

9. Participation in oncall rotation;
