- Responsible for enterprise-wide batch job orchestration, ensuring timely and reliable execution of business-critical workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and operate Control-M / Autosys / TWS environments
- Schedule, modify, and optimize batch workflows
- Manage job dependencies, calendars, and SLA-driven workloads
- Troubleshoot job failures, delays, and upstream/downstream issues
- Coordinate incidents with application, DB, infra, and backup teams
- Support production releases and change windows
- Maintain SOPs, dashboards, and operational metrics
