Infrastructure Security Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Infrastructure Security Analyst/Specialist to join our Infrastructure Security team. In this critical role, you will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and related system software and utilities to ensure an effective and efficient system environment aligned to strict bank standards and MLPP (Money Laundering Prevention Policy) compliance laws and regulations.

You will be responsible for safeguarding our enterprise systems, maintaining core security infrastructure, and executing critical software enhancements. How will you contribute:

• Infrastructure Design & Maintenance: Deploy, configure, and maintain core IT security infrastructure, hardware, and network security appliances to ensure optimal protection and alignment with banking regulations.
• System Software Analysis & Remediation: Conduct continuous system analysis, security vulnerability assessments, and software modifications or patch deployments to harden enterprise systems.
• Documentation & Change Control: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, architecture blueprints, change logs, and installation guides for system enhancements and software updates to ensure audit readiness.
• Testing, Debugging & Rollouts: Plan and execute rigorous system testing, debugging, and controlled rollouts for software upgrades and infrastructure changes to minimize downtime and operational risk.
• Technical Project Leadership: Lead small to medium-complexity infrastructure security projects from initial scoping through implementation and post-launch review.
• Technical & Operational Support: Handle staff functions, technical escalations, and cross-functional support duties to strengthen overall IT and security operations.

What will make you successful:

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or cybersecurity operations (experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred).
• Strong proficiency in operating system security (Linux/Windows), network security, firewalls, threat analysis, and patch management tools.
• Familiarity with financial regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks (including MLPP requirements).
• Proven ability to manage technical initiatives, track milestones, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), system designs, and audit-ready change management logs.
