Experience : 4 to 6 Years Extensive experience working as an NOC engineer to support Cisco Switching, Routing for LAN, Wifi, Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), SD-WAN. Provide tier 3 network support on escalations from the Technical Support team. Hands-on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN/WAN/Wireless environment. Hands on experience on Cisco Wifi, Cisco ISE and DNAC. Good technical experience on Cisco/HP/Aruba Platform Network solutions. Technical expertise with Wireless protocols, routing protocols and switching technology. Knowledge of MPLS and QoS. Basic knowledge of security technologies. Understanding on IPSec, PNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over varied platforms. Proofing and recommending updates, patches, replacements or upgrades to current NOC Software tools and Monitoring systems. Update network diagrams and document.
