The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions align with client expectations and business objectives, fostering strong relationships and driving successful deal closures.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

• Facilitate communication between sales, engineering, and client teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout project lifecycles.

• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

• Proficiency in DevOps.

• Strong experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

• Expertise in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.

• Ability to design scalable and reliable infrastructure architectures.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.

• Skilled in monitoring, logging, and performance optimization of infrastructure systems.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
