Duties

• Lead the end-to-end system design process for complex infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
• Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints that integrate on-premises data centers with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and hybrid solutions.
• Implement automation strategies using scripting languages like Python and PowerShell to streamline deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure components.
• Design and oversee enterprise solutions involving virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust IT infrastructure solutions that include network infrastructure, operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (Oracle, SQL), and APIs.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime through proactive problem resolution.
• Lead technical solution implementation efforts for identity and access management (IAM) systems, ensuring secure user authentication and authorization across platforms.
• Drive engineering troubleshooting initiatives by analyzing system logs, diagnosing issues, and recommending improvements to enhance system reliability.
• Promote best practices in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes within Agile environments to ensure seamless deployment of infrastructure solutions.
• Mentor team members on system design principles, emerging technologies, and industry standards to foster continuous improvement.

• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, storage systems, network devices, APIs, and computer management tools.
• Knowledge of IT security protocols with a focus on IAM solutions to ensure secure access controls across all platforms.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms, or network configurations.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver iterative project milestones efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders at all levels.
