Infrastructure Solutions Architect - OEM

For our client, we are seeking a Infrastructure Solutions Architect - OEM to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This remote role will serve as the senior technical advisor for Federal OEM deployments, helping ensure complex infrastructure solutions are implemented and supported effectively. The position will focus on diagnosing and resolving platform and firmware issues, coordinating end-to-end issue management, and supporting customers through hardware return and failure analysis processes. This individual will also work closely with support teams and stakeholders to strengthen technical knowledge and improve overall deployment outcomes in secure Federal environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,000 – $287,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical contact for OEM Federal deployments of the company's platforms
• Manage customer issues end-to-end, prioritizing resolution of platform and firmware problems
• Conduct failure analysis and RMA procedures for Federal deployments
• Navigate Federal security frameworks and assist customers with hardware returns
• Collaborate with OEM Federal support teams to resolve issues and enhance the knowledge base

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance required
• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years in engineering, including 3+ years in customer-facing support
• Strong system software skills across firmware and OS
• Expert knowledge in data center infrastructure and networking
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 35%, including weekends
