Infrastructure Specialist-Azure Platform

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist – Azure Platform to support and maintain Azure-based infrastructure and cloud services. The role will handle L2/L3 infrastructure support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, cloud operations, automation, monitoring, and network-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Azure infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native services.
• Support Azure resources including Virtual Machines, VNets, Azure AD, Storage, Load Balancers, and security services.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Support DevOps and deployment processes using Git, GitHub Actions, Tekton, and ArgoCD.
• Monitor system performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Troubleshoot VPN, firewall, routing, load balancing, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist with infrastructure improvements, automation, security, and performance optimization.
• Document technical issues, solutions, configurations, and operational procedures.

About you

• 6.1–7 years of overall IT/infrastructure experience.
• At least 4 years of IT infrastructure support experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Azure experience.
• Strong experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native services.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure VMs, Azure VNets, Azure AD, Azure Storage, Azure Load Balancer, and Azure security services.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub Actions, Tekton Pipelines, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Strong networking knowledge covering VPNs, firewalls, routing, and load balancing.
