About the Role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist – Cloud Platforms with strong experience in Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) integrations.

The role will focus on integrating and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud with AWS platforms, managing application deployments, supporting cloud infrastructure, and ensuring reliable integration between customer service and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS
• Enable unified interaction management, tracking, sentiment analysis, and reporting across Salesforce and AWS
• Implement and maintain native/embedded integrations within Salesforce Service Cloud / CRM
• Support Amazon AWS CTI as a standalone platform and integrate the Contact Control Panel (CCP) within Salesforce
• Perform application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments
• Manage both manual and automated application deployments
• Maintain and update the DevOps Confluence site
• Use AWS CloudFormation to provision and manage AWS services and monitoring resources
• Coordinate with the IT Cloud team to obtain approval for required AWS services
• Support and maintain Amazon Connect integrations and configurations
• Troubleshoot integration and cloud platform issues as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / CRM

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and AWS integrations

• Experience integrating Amazon Connect / AWS CTI with Salesforce

• Knowledge of Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP) integration

• Experience with application deployments across multiple environments

• Experience with AWS CloudFormation

• Knowledge of AWS cloud services and monitoring

• Experience working with DevOps tools and Confluence

• Ability to coordinate with cloud infrastructure and IT teams

• Experience managing Amazon Connect implementations

• Experience with automated deployment and DevOps practices

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce and AWS environments
