Infrastructure Support

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Infrastructure Support to provide operational support, maintenance, and optimization of critical IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, performance, security, and business continuity across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Support

• Provide 24/7 support for critical IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Perform server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure upgrades, patching, and configuration management.
• Ensure infrastructure resilience and support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Maintain high availability and reliability of IT services.

System Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitor system performance and conduct regular performance tuning activities.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize backup and recovery processes.
• Diagnose and resolve server, storage, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime.

Deployment & Implementation

• Support technology rollouts, server migrations, and virtualization projects.

• Manage hardware and software inventory records.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and system configurations.

• Configure, administer, and support:

  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • Email Systems
  • SSL Certificates
  • Other core infrastructure services

Cloud & Virtualization

• Deploy, manage, and support cloud-based infrastructure in:

  • Microsoft Azure
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Manage and maintain virtualized environments using:

  • VMware
  • Kubernetes

• Support cloud integration initiatives and cloud-native infrastructure solutions.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
• Support audit readiness and compliance requirements.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, change management records, and asset inventories.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with VMware, Kubernetes, backup solutions, and disaster recovery processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is an onsite role with openings available in the following regions (1 headcount per location):

• National Capital Region (NCR)
• North Central Luzon

• South Luzon
• Visayas
• Mindanao

Work Schedule

• Must be willing to work in a 24/7 support environment and participate in on-call rotations as required.
