Infusion Scheduler/ Unit Secretary Per Diem

Job Summary Will oversee all patients registration and scheduling for the Infusion Unit. Assists in the acquisition and preparation of the Infusion Treatment and Therapy plan for appointment readiness. Responsible for the coordination of daily unit and work station operations in addition to performing routine receptionist / front office functions.

Job Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer knowledge necessary
• Knowledge of medical abbreviation and terminology
• Effective communication skills
• Clerical / secretarial skills required
• Excellent organizational skills

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Some college degree preferred
