• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in mechanical design;
• Advanced 3D design skills using SolidWorks;
• Experience in performing static and dynamic structural analyses;
• Good knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical fabrication technologies;
• Ability to interpret and prepare technical documentation;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges;
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Adaptability and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and technical requirements;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams;
• Professional attitude, integrity, and a strong commitment to quality;
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement;
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally;
• Medically fit to perform the duties associated with the position;
• No criminal record.
• Design the mechanical systems of simulators and their associated subsystems, from concept through implementation;
• Design mechanical structures and enclosures for projection systems;
• Design mechanical systems for command and control applications;
• Coordinate and supervise mechanical manufacturing, assembly, and integration activities;
• Develop technical requirements, specifications, design documentation, and manufacturing documentation;
• Participate in inspections, testing, and validation activities for mechanical equipment;
• Perform structural and strength analyses and verify the compliance of engineering solutions;
• Interface with customers to present, obtain approval for, and support the acceptance of products and project milestones;
• Participate in the installation, integration, and commissioning of systems at company and customer sites;
• Prepare procurement requests for equipment in accordance with the approved mechanical design, including obtaining quotations and preparing supporting procurement documentation;
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable project requirements;
• Perform other duties specific to the role, as assigned by company management.
