Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced In‑House Engineer to oversee site and production‑based work, focusing primarily on architectural projects. The role requires strong manpower handling skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and the ability to attend site meetings and inspections. The ideal candidate is professional, accountable, and capable of working independently while ensuring quality and efficiency in construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site and production work, with emphasis on architectural projects.
• Attend and actively participate in site meetings.
• Manage manpower efficiently and ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QC/QA standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
• Prepare and review technical documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Male or Female, aged 30–40.
• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (licensed or non‑licensed).
• 3–4 years of experience as an In‑House Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong background in architectural works (preferred over structural/plumbing/electrical).
• Excellent manpower handling, mathematical, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Pleasing personality, presentable, and professional.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to conduct site visits and report to the office as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation.
• Residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas (Banawe/La Loma preferred).
