Injectable Manufacturing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Injectable Manufacturing Specialist at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee the production process of injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Develop and implement manufacturing procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on manufacturing procedures and best practices.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven experience in injectable manufacturing, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
