Injection Engineer

About the role

Setup machine and process according to new product transfer. Develop, improve and cooperate for machine, equipment and process to achieve department target. Buy off new or transferred machine and equipment. Prepare documents for production line. Prepare and review machine/equipment capacity to support customer demand. Advise, consult and provide technical knowledge to engineers and relevant teams. Cooperate with product/mold design including machine suppliers to enhance capacity and efficiency. Cooperate with relevant teams to prepare for customer or outside audits. Cooperate with production and QA staff to accomplish customer requirements. Monitor and improve yield, productivity and TCD according to responsible process. Support customer claims and non-conformance product cases. Manage MFG/PRO system including item master, BOM and routing review.

About you

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical or related)
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Injection MC, Injection Process, Cleanliness control, AOI, Automation, Machine
• Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
• Communication and analysis skill
