Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality foam products efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet rigorous quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines to produce foam components according to specifications.
• Perform routine inspections of molds and machinery to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurements to verify product specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues with injection molding equipment and robotic systems.
• Handle materials safely, including materials handling procedures within the warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and quality documentation.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plastics injection molding or plastics production environment.
• Mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment such as press brake machines, CNC lathes, CNC machines, and robotic systems.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine operation automation.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting processes.
• Experience with plastics blow molding or extrusion processes is a plus.
• Warehouse experience including materials handling and forklift operation certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and engineering troubleshooting techniques related to industrial equipment.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
