What they need
- ติดตั้ง ดูแลบำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซมแม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติก เพื่อให้การผลิตมีความเสถียรและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) และการซ่อมบำรุงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) ของแม่พิมพ์
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแม่พิมพ์ เช่น งานฉีดไม่เต็ม ครีบ แฟลช หรือปัญหาด้านมิติของชิ้นงาน
- ถอด ประกอบ ทำความสะอาด และขัดเงาชิ้นส่วนของแม่พิมพ์
- สนับสนุนการทดลองแม่พิมพ์ (Mold Trial) การเปลี่ยนแม่พิมพ์ และการทดสอบแม่พิมพ์ใหม่
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายคุณภาพเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการฉีด
- ตรวจสอบสภาพแม่พิมพ์และบันทึกประวัติการบำรุงรักษา
- ดูแลให้แม่พิมพ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพ
- สนับสนุนการควบคุมอะไหล่และกิจกรรมปรับปรุงแม่พิมพ์
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยและกิจกรรม 5ส. ในพื้นที่ทำงาน
