INJECTION MOLDING ENGINEER

Position: Injection Molding Technician

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a technical-vocational course in Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• With at least 1–3 years of experience in injection molding machine operation and setup is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in machine parameter setting, mold changeover, and troubleshooting of common molding defects.
• Familiar with plastic materials, mold components, and auxiliary equipment.
• Capable of performing basic machine inspection, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in quality inspection procedures and production documentation.
• Must have good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with workplace safety standards and proper machine operating procedures.
• Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and overtime as needed.
