Injection Molding Engineer / Sr. Technician

Responsible for the development and transfer of injection molding processes for new projects, formulating technical solutions, designing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE), establishing robust process windows, and ensuring product manufacturability;

Continuously optimize injection molding parameters, improve product yield and equipment efficiency, analyze and resolve injection molding quality issues during production;

Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with medical device quality management system requirements such as ISO 13485 and GMP;

Develop and maintain process technical documents, and provide technical training and support to production teams;

Participate in the acceptance and improvement of injection molding machines and molds, and develop and supervise equipment periodic maintenance plans;

Lead conceptual reviews, trial molding, acceptance, and continuous optimization of new molds;

Responsible for daily debugging, minor repairs, inspection, and maintenance management of injection molding equipment to ensure stable production;

Manage mold usage, maintenance, and repairs, promptly track mold status, and assist in resolving production issues;

Organize regular inspections of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, and supervise the implementation of equipment maintenance.

Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the department supervisor, and collaborate closely with other company departments to handle abnormal issues, coordinate process improvements, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
