Injection Molding Mold Setter

• A Mold Setter (Injection Molding) with 2–3 years of experience is responsible for performing mold changeovers, installing and removing molds, setting machine parameters, and ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.

• The role involves starting and stabilizing production runs, optimizing machine settings, troubleshooting molding defects, and coordinating with production and quality teams to maintain product standards.

• The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of injection molding machines, hot runner and cold runner systems, basic mold maintenance, and adherence to safety and 5S practices.

• Responsibilities also include documentation of mold changes, reporting issues to maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

• Candidates should hold an ITI (Fitter/Turner/Tool & Die), Diploma in Mechanical/Plastics, or Engineering qualification, and be able to work in shift-based manufacturing environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
