Injection Molding Process Technician / Shift Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician / Shift Supervisor who enjoys solving problems, keeping production running efficiently, and helping employees succeed.

This hands-on leadership position combines technical injection molding expertise with the responsibility of supervising a production team of approximately 6–14 employees. You will help ensure our equipment, processes, and people are working together to consistently deliver quality products.

Our ideal candidates would bring with them

• 2–5 years of hands-on injection molding processing experience.
• Experience supervising or leading manufacturing employees, preferably teams of 6–14 people.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with mold setups, changeovers, and processing adjustments.
• The ability to troubleshoot equipment and maintain established production parameters.
• Familiarity with quality inspections, process documentation, and manufacturing safety practices.
• Effective communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• A dependable, accountable leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team.
• Robotics experience or a willingness to learn three-axis servo robotics.
• The ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule: Full-time, in person. Shift assignment to be confirmed.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
