A day in the life
Start your morning checking in with the shift leader or mold technician to confirm priorities. You’ll touch base with the outgoing operator to understand job status, then move into steady, focused production—reviewing job packets, setting up for secondary operations, inspecting parts, and keeping documentation accurate and up to date. Throughout the day, you collaborate with quality, production, and teammates to keep things safe, efficient, and right the first time. Before heading out, you complete end-of-shift paperwork and leave a clean, organized workspace for the next crew.

- Communicate with the prior shift operator to capture job status and any issues
