Job Summary:

The Injection Molding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the injection molding process in a manufacturing facility. This includes setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines, ensuring production meets quality and quantity standards, conducting preventive maintenance, and leading a team of operators.

Now, we are looking for candidate with below criteria:-

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in injection molding operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and/or local language.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to injection molding operations.
• Familiarity with Arburg, Yizumi, or Haitian molding machines will be an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and cope with stress while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible, with the initiative to identify issues, take appropriate action, and follow through on tasks without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce molded products.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters for optimal production output and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve molding defects to ensure product quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Train and supervise a team of operators.
• Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for product inspections and corrective actions.
• Optimize production cycle times and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Monitor and manage production scrap and regrind.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering for process improvements.
• Review and analyze production data for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to operators and team members.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production Planning for production schedules.
• Conduct training programs for operators.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in injection molding technology.
