Injection Molding Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Supervise plastic injection molding production processes to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
• Manage manpower effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot issues with injection moulds, extruders, and other equipment to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems related to material supply chain management.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in plastic injection molding or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plastic molding techniques, including injection moulding machine operation and maintenance.
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
• Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues involving extrusion systems.
