Injection Molding Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire injection molding process, ensuring high-quality production of plastic parts.
• Supervise a team of operators to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunction or product defects.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in plastic injection molding or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of plastic molding processes, including design, tooling, and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
