INJECTION MOLDING SUPERVISOR

A mid‑sized manufacturer of containers is seeking a hands‑on Injection Molding Supervisor to lead night‑shift operations in Garden Grove CA. This individual will oversee a team of up to 10 employees, ensure consistent production quality, and maintain safe, efficient molding processes throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Night‑Shift Operations — oversee production, staffing, workflow, and safety
• Injection Molding Processing — troubleshoot molding issues, optimize machine performance, and maintain quality standards
• Team Leadership — coach, train, and support operators and technicians
• Quality & Compliance — ensure adherence to company, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Continuous Improvement — identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

Qualified Candidates Will Have

• At least 5 years of injection molding processing experience
• Supervisory experience (strong plus)
• Willingness to work a night shift
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: ~$77K (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus: Up to 10%
• Benefits: Full benefits package
