Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee injection molding production processes to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
• Manage manpower handling, including supervising team members and coordinating tasks.
• Handle daily production schedules, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to product design, material availability, or equipment maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in plastic injection molding or similar industry.
• Diploma holder in relevant field (ITI/Production Engineering).
• Strong understanding of injection moulding techniques, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
