Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
• Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time as per production requirements.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper material handling during production.
• Monitor the moulding process and ensure consistent production output.
• Inspect finished components for defects, dimensions, appearance, and quality.
• Identify and report machine, mould, or product-related issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper mould installation, removal, and handling as instructed.
• Maintain production targets and minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of production, rejection, downtime, and material consumption.
• Segregate rejected and approved components properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
• Coordinate with the quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve operational issues.
• Follow all company policies related to safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
