JOB VACANCY – INJECTION MOLDING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Position: Production Supervisor – Injection Molding
Industry: Injection Molding / Plastic Components
Experience: 1–5 Years Preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Location: Chennai / Nearby Chennai / Other Locations

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Injection molding production activities.
• Manage production operators and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor injection molding machines and production processes.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.
• Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time and other process settings.
• Identify and reduce production rejection, rework and machine downtime.
• Ensure proper handling of plastic components and molded parts.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain production reports, shift records and rejection reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.
• Train and guide operators regarding production procedures and quality requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in Injection Molding Production preferred.
• Molding Industry experience preferred.
• Experience in Plastic Components / Plastic Parts preferred.
• Good knowledge of injection molding machines and molding processes.
• Experience in manpower handling and shift production management.
• Good problem-solving and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
