Injection Set Up Man

Experience: Minimum 8 -15 years’ experience in Injection (If have experience in Vertical Injection Machine, Rotary/Turntable Injection Molding machine will be advantage)

Skills:

1.Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering

2.If have knowledge of Robot operation will be advantage.

3.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

1.Currently working as an Injection Supervisor, responsible for production planning, machine control, troubleshooting, quality improvement, and process improvement.

2.Strong hands-on experience in plastic injection molding, experienced in many type of injection machine including Vertical Injection Molding Machines and Rotary / Turntable Injection Molding Machines.

3.Hands-on experience in mold setup, robot setup, and injection parameter adjustment.

4.Strong in troubleshooting, quality problem solving, and production process improvement.

5.Has machine repair and maintenance experience; understands mold/tooling PM process, although has not directly performed it.

6.Able to work independently with previous experience at Leader, Senior Technician, and Supervisor levels.

7.Good/Fair English communication.
