Injection Technician

• Responsible to improve quality, cycle time and efficiency thru process parameter.

• Responsible in process parameter troubleshooting and provide support on maintenance task.

• Responsible to key in machine parameter settings after mold setup accordingly to mold card.

• Responsible to guide and training mold setter.

• Responsible to verify and follow up the completion of plastic injection mold setup. (Up & Down Mold).

• Ensure completion of documentation, molding process parameters and equipment condition checklist, etc.

• Performed daily 7s activity and maintain safe working environment and maintain high standard.

• Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials to superior.

• To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Skills Required:

• Plastic Injection Molding or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with injection molding related field
