What they need
- Set and adjust injection molding machine parameters to achieve quality products.
- Start up, monitor, and shut down injection molding machines according to standard procedures.
- Perform machine troubleshooting and resolve process-related issues.
- Monitor cycle time, machine efficiency, and production output.
- Conduct first-piece approval and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Identify and correct molding defects such as flash, short shot, sink marks, burn marks, warpage, and discoloration.
- Coordinate with Mold Setters, Production Operators, and Quality personnel to ensure smooth production.
- Perform minor preventive maintenance and report machine or mold abnormalities.
- Record process parameters, machine settings, and production data accurately.
- Support mold trials, new product development, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
