- Set up and operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Install and remove molds, dies, and tooling as required.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.
- Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and appearance.
- Troubleshoot machine, mold, and production problems.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines and molds.
- Record production output, machine settings, downtime, and quality issues.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and production standards.
- Work with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues.
- Minimize material waste and machine downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
