Ink Jet Service Technician

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Ink Jet Service Technician to demo, install, and service industrial inkjet printers, laser markers incorporated in automation systems at a variety of manufacturing sites. You’ll work directly with customers, troubleshoot equipment, and keep production lines running smoothly. This position travels frequently during work hours to customer sites. Some overnight travel may be required. Work hours may be shifted to meet customer requirements - early starts.

Production operators with experience operating and troubleshooting inkjet printers, laser markers, and automation robotics are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and commission inkjet printers and automation systems
• Perform on-site demonstrations and sample testing
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Train customer operators on proper use and maintenance
• Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency service calls

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and think through unique process challenges
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience following plant safety processes and procedures
• Comfortable with automation, PLCs, or production equipment operation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Bonus: Experience with industrial inkjet, laser marking, or robotics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
