About the Property: Lake Ridge Hotel is a 24-key boutique property located in the heart of the South Lake Tahoe basin. As part of The Ours portfolio, we pride ourselves on blending classic lodging charm with streamlined, modern operations. We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on hospitality professional to lead our Tahoe property and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Role We have an immediate opening for a full-time, live-in Innkeeper. This role is the operational anchor of the hotel. Because this position includes on-site housing, it offers a rare opportunity to live comfortably and work in a highly competitive market. You will be the primary face of the property, balancing guest relations, staff coordination, and daily property management and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Oversee daily operations for all 24 rooms, handling guest communications, rapid issue resolution, and ensuring top-tier satisfaction from check-in to check-out.
• Technology Management: Operate our modern tech stack, including managing our Property Management System and overseeing the keyless smart lock infrastructure.
• Property Upkeep: Coordinate daily housekeeping schedules, inspect room quality, and manage routine physical maintenance.
• Operational Leadership: Act as the on-the-ground leader, collaborating seamlessly with our remote executive team to maintain brand standards and property performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in boutique hotel, inn, or resort management.
• Strong technical proficiency; highly comfortable adapting to cloud-based lodging software, automated guest routing, and modern hospitality tech.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a calm, hospitality-first mindset.
• Self-starter capable of managing time effectively and maintaining professional boundaries in a live-in role.
• Available to relocate into the provided housing and start immediately.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
