Innkeeper

Innkeeper (Full-Time) | May River Manor, Bluffton SC

$30/hour

May River Manor is a 6-suite boutique inn and event venue in Bluffton. We're looking for a warm, organized Innkeeper who loves to cook and enjoys making guests feel at home. You'll be the daily host of the property, from morning coffee to afternoon check-ins.

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver coffee service to suites and cook breakfast for overnight guests
• Plan simple, seasonal menus and accommodate dietary needs
• Greet arriving guests, handle check-in, and help with check-out
• Prepare snack boards and afternoon refreshments
• Answer calls, texts, and emails from guests during your shift
• Keep common areas guest-ready and coordinate with housekeeping

Schedule

• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 5 days a week, with a 1-hour unpaid break
• Days off are Monday and Tuesday
• Weekends and holidays are required unless the property is closed

What we're looking for

• Experience cooking breakfast in a restaurant, inn, or B&B
• Hospitality or guest service experience, ideally at a boutique property
• Friendly, polished communication in person, by phone, and in writing
• Reliable transportation, since this role does not live on property
• Food handler's certification, or willingness to get one within 30 days
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
