Join our vibrant hospitality team as an Innkeeper, where you will be the welcoming face and efficient manager of our charming inn. This dynamic role combines guest relations, front desk operations, and property management to ensure every visitor experiences exceptional service and comfort. As an Innkeeper, you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate reservations, handle guest inquiries, and maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for all visitors while supporting the smooth running of the inn.

Duties

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and warmth, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
• Handle reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), maintaining accurate booking records.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and offering personalized recommendations for local attractions.
• Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest communication to ensure timely responses.
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, update records, and prepare reports for management.
• Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and compliance for guests and staff alike.
• Maintain guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment, managing complaints professionally, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Support hotel management tasks such as staff coordination, inventory control, and property upkeep to uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on guest services.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset; ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and front desk operations.
• Exceptional communication skills via phone and in person; strong phone etiquette is essential.
• Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred to understand the nuances of luxury hospitality environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
