Innovation and Solutions Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Innovation and Solutions Lead to drive IT Services Innovation, Service Product Development, Solutions Architecture, and Presales Consulting initiatives. This role will lead the development of new service offerings, support strategic customer engagements, and ensure solutions are technically sound, operationally supportable, and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and development of new IT service offerings and managed services.
• Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Develop service roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead the Solutions Consulting and Presales team in designing customer-centric IT solutions.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and customer requirements; develop solution architectures, BOMs, and technical proposals.
• Provide governance for solution design, costing, and proposal quality.
• Support Sales in technical presentations, customer workshops, and strategic engagements.
• Manage the IT Services Portfolio and ensure service readiness for operational delivery.
• Drive continuous service improvement and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Lead Solutions Architect, or similar leadership role within IT Services
• Strong background in managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, service desk, or enterprise IT solutions
• Experience in presales, solution design, proposal development, and service portfolio management
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• With at least 3-5 years experience as Solutions Architect

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL Foundation (or higher)
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or higher)
