Job Summary

About the Role You are the customer-and-market engine behind our AI content marketing product. You validate customer requirements, build persona-based use cases, research competitors and workflows, and quality-check what ships. The role combines product management, consulting and research, with growth paths into Product, Consulting/GTM or Innovation lead.

Responsibilities

• Capture and validate customer requirements; track them through build, quality check and release
• Confirm with customers that delivery met the agreed expectation
• Develop tested use cases by persona (martech, AI video, ABM, pipeline generation, AI content workflows)
• Research competitors, pricing, workflows and gaps; turn findings into recommendations
• Run quality checks on workflows before release
• Design and run surveys, interviews and feedback sessions
• Support other verticals as needed

Requirements
