Innovation Engineer

• Adhere to company vision/mission, values, and safety vision
• Lead innovations focused on new and next generation products to expand current portfolio until POC (proof of concept) and *** phase support to CPD.
• Establish, maintain and develop regular contact with internal and external partners, suppliers, innovative companies and research institutes on all relevant topics in accordance with LPA strategy and product roadmaps.
• Scout and assess new technologies relevant to LPA strategy and product roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain adequate records of technical information, process methods / standards, design and program information, and records to support/procure reliable patent actions.
• Ensure all innovations are reviewed for best practice from a design to cost , design to manufacture and design to requirement perspective to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensures all needed compliance and audit deliverables are met.
• Proactively participate in ideation workshops and submit ideas to the ideation list / portal

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in advanced development or technology scouting
• Experienced with product development
• Proven history of idea generation and implementation
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
