Position: Innovation Lead (Bengaluru)

Role & responsibilities:

Selected candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution

of R&D and innovation programs within the organization. The role

involves assisting in program design, monitoring project progress,

coordinating with startups, academic partners, and other ecosystem

stakeholders, and contributing to documentation, reporting, and

stakeholder communication.

Work Experience:

• Min 6 years of total professional experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with developing strategic

partnerships with external entities such as Academia, Start-up

ecosystem and evolving organizations.

• Exposure to program management, startup ecosystems, innovation

funding schemes, or government projects will be preferred.

• Experience in documentation, coordination, and stakeholder

management is desirable.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful

software programs and partnerships.

• Excellent customer and UX knowledge
• Experience with creating strategic plans, PoCs / Project roadmaps

for R&D departments

• Strong technical acumen and understanding of software

development processes

• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and management skills
• Excellent presentation skills related to advanced technologies,

concepts and products

• Good documentation skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work under guidance and

deadlines.

Responsibilty:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of R&D and

innovation programs under the guidance of the Program/Product

Manager.

• Coordinate with internal teams, startups, academic institutions, and

industry partners to facilitate project implementation.

• Support proposal evaluation, PoC reviews, and progress tracking of

funded projects.

• Understand the scope and boundaries for innovation.
• Develop new use-cases and showcases on various industries and

technologies related to the Identity domain.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies in the identity domain

• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

• Contribute to documentation of best practices, knowledge repositories, and learning from projects.

• Maintain data and records related to project milestones, fund utilization, and deliverables.

• Assist in event organization, hackathons, and outreach initiatives related to innovation programs.

• Support in developing communication materials and success stories for ecosystem visibility.

• Monitor program activities to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.

• Assist in drafting MoUs, NDAs, and project documents in coordination with legal and administrative units.

• Help in preparing evaluation frameworks and KPI metrics for funded programs.

• Facilitate coordination meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Stay updated with developments in the startup ecosystem, emerging technologies, and identity innovation domains.

• Work cross-functionally across diverse technology teams.
