Innovation Manager

Missions: The Innovation and Market Intelligence Manager has two main missions: 1st mission: to implement the necessary actions to enable a better understanding of the market through regular monitoring, launching market studies, and analyzing the results of these studies. 2nd mission: to guide and support innovation efforts by identifying emerging market opportunities. Their missions will include: Designing and implementing an innovation strategy aligned with overall objectives. Conducting continuous monitoring of new technologies and competitive developments. Proposing innovative initiatives in response to identified opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal teams to integrate innovation into existing processes. Establishing strategic partnerships with key industry players to strengthen market position. Main Responsibilities and Activities: Analyze market data to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Conduct studies and surveys, in collaboration with specialized firms, to identify the needs of customers and prospects. Regularly design a market intelligence bulletin in collaboration with Marketing Product Managers. Evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with innovation projects. Deploy the action plan related to the innovation program roadmap. Participate in events (trade shows, conferences, seminars) to stay up-to-date on industry news. Organize the Innovation Committee by preparing the corresponding materials. Performance Indicators: Number of market studies conducted. Quality of recommendations following market studies conducted. Number of innovative ideas proposed and implemented. Success rate of innovation projects compared to set objectives. Impact of innovation initiatives on GDP. Desired Candidate Profile

Profile: Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing or equivalent. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Marketing or Innovation department, ideally in the financial sector. Knowledge of market analysis tools and innovation methodologies. Fluency in languages, particularly French and English. Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Skills and Expertise: Excellent understanding of operations, customers, and the market. Ability to identify and evaluate innovation opportunities. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data. Creative mindset and ability to think strategically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Strong ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in computer tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
