About the Role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Innovation Manager to identify business improvement opportunities, develop new ideas, and lead innovation initiatives that support the company's growth and long-term objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging trends, improve business processes, develop innovative solutions, and turn promising ideas into practical projects. This role requires strong analytical thinking, project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage initiatives from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for new products, services, business models, and operational improvements.
• Research industry developments, emerging technologies, customer needs, and market trends.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and collaborative initiatives to generate and evaluate new ideas.
• Assess proposed initiatives based on feasibility, business value, resource requirements, and potential risks.
• Manage innovation projects from initial concept and planning through testing, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with departments such as operations, marketing, technology, finance, and product development.
• Develop business cases, project proposals, presentations, and progress reports for management review.
• Establish appropriate performance indicators to evaluate innovation outcomes and project effectiveness.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, resources, and implementation milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows, products, services, and customer experiences.
• Support change management and encourage a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
• Maintain documentation of project outcomes, lessons learned, and opportunities for further development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Relevant experience in innovation management, business strategy, product development, project management, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate projects involving multiple teams.
• Ability to evaluate ideas, assess risks, and translate business opportunities into actionable plans.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant business productivity and project management tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Experience with digital transformation, design thinking, process optimisation, product innovation, or technology implementation is an advantage.

Compensation and Employment Details

The salary range for this position is SGD [Actual Minimum]–[Actual Maximum] per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
