STRICT REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of Inpatient Coding experience — REQUIRED
• Active CIC, CCS, or CPC certification
• College graduate of BS Nursing or a Medical Allied course
• Must currently reside in the National Capital Region (NCR)
• Must be willing to work from home
• Subject to business approval

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring experienced Inpatient Specialists to support medical record reviews and accurate healthcare claims processing in a Healthcare BPO environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review patients’ medical records following hospital visits.
• Encode medical charts for claims processing.
• Identify missing information and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Submit required forms to insurance providers for reimbursement.

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per hour
