Job Qualifications

INPATIENT MEDICAL CODER

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Coding for Inpatient Coding.
• Must have an active AAPC/AHIMA Medical Coding Certification (CPC, CIC, CCS)

CODING QUALITY AUDITOR

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Auditing for Inpatient Coding.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Coding for Inpatient Coding.
• Must have an active AAPC/AHIMA Medical Coding Certification (CPC, CIC, CCS)

CODING SUPERVISOR

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising team members in Inpatient Coding.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Coding for Inpatient Coding.
• Must have an active AAPC/AHIMA Medical Coding Certification (CPC, CIC, CCS)

CODING EDUCATOR

• Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting training for Inpatient Coding.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Coding for Inpatient Coding.
• Must have an active AAPC/AHIMA Medical Coding Certification (CPC, CIC, CCS)

Working Conditions

• Morning Shift
• WFH or Hybrid set-up (3x onsite per week)
• With sign-on bonus up to PHP100K (Coding Support)
• With sign-on bonus up to PHP200K (Inpatient Coder)
