Eligibility: Graduate / UG with 6 months experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails or other channels
* Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
* Resolve queries professionally within defined timelines
* Maintain process quality and customer satisfaction
* Follow company policies, procedures and compliance guidelines
* Accurately update customer information and interactions
