Inside Ambassador

Job Summary:
The Inside Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing food, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting the team with day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments.
• Prepare pizzas, toppings, salads, sides, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Package completed orders and ensure they are accurate before handing them to customers or delivery drivers.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, counters, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed.
• Work with other team members to keep orders moving efficiently during busy periods.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and customer-service oriented.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, bending, and carrying supplies.
• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but may not be required.

Typical Work Environment:
Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent customer interaction. Employees may work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the store’s schedule.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
