Inside Crew Member

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop valuable skills in the food service industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms
• Handle food safely, following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating orders
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
