Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, promote products or services, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist customers with data entry tasks, updating account information accurately within our systems.
• Handle customer support requests by troubleshooting problems and offering clear, helpful guidance.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating strong communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions or services.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized and attentive to detail in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
• Previous inside sales/customer service experience or customer support background preferred but not required; training provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data management. typical point of sales software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clear, professional interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Experience with outbound calling, cash handling, or analysis skills is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.60 per hour
