Inside Opening Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Inside Crew Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our team.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities.
• Handle cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly.
• Assist with food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and food delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations in a quick service & fast-food setting.
• REQUIRED be over the age of 18 to operate machinery
• REQUIRED to lift over 50 LBS

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or customer service within a restaurant or café environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills related to cash handling and retail math is beneficial.
• Experience working in the food industry, including quick service or fast-food restaurants, will be advantageous.
• Strong time management skills combined with excellent customer service abilities are essential for success in this role. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
